Well, this is an easy thing to do. Just click on Auto. A dialog window will appear asking you in which folder the icons should be saved. Preferably select an empty folder. When you click OK, the program will start to convert the pict file. You can cancel the actions, by clicking the STOP button on the progress window, or by holding command-period pressed.
